Like many of you, we were very upset to hear about the death of Gene Wilder on Monday. Gene has long been an icon to us at Wrapahula, and we have enjoyed his work for decades. When we planned the Iconic range some months ago we had dedicated a colourway to him in his most iconic role, Willy Wonka.
Before learning of his sad passing we had planned to release Pure Imagination this weekend. We have decided, after much deliberation, to continue with the release as planned. We will, however, add our own caveat; we want to raise as much money as possible for the Alzheimer's Society in honour and memory of such a great and wonderful man.

Gene Wilder was and still is a complete icon to us; and we hope to have memorialised him in a way befitting his immense talent.
