Our first major Doodle release - and as we often do, we turned to the great city of London for our inspiration, and have called this Doodle Savile Row. When we saw this come off the looms, the colour and intricate design within our much loved Geo design was reminiscent of the tailoring and suit fabrics of the world-famous Savile Row, in the equally exclusive district of Mayfair.
Tailors first set up shop in Savile Row in the late 18th Century. It is believed the term ‘bespoke’ was first coined by the tailors of Savile Row to define a hand-cut and hand-made suit tailored to the specific customer.
Doodle Savile Row is a true hybrid - our classic and timeless Geo pattern; the size and scale of our much loved Giant Geo’s; and the added ‘doodles’ in between to give extra dimension, texture and a bit of a twist. Doodle Savile Row is a complex intricate double weave, 100% luxury Egyptian cotton and is presented in a beautiful shade of midnight navy blue on a bright white - the collaboration of colour and design really brings to mind the textures and detailing of a beautifully well-made suit. And like a fine suit - you wear it, it doesn’t wear you.

My vision for wraps wasn’t simply to introduce another wrap to the market. I wanted to create innovative wraps, woven from luxurious materials that were designed, manufactured and sold in the UK and abroad. Whether a mum is new or already familiar with babywearing products, I wanted my products to be lovingly conceived and appeal to all.
Woven Wings Baby wraps are woven in the UK in a renowned Mill specialising solely in bespoke high-end quality textiles. Established since 1720 working in collaboration with luxury Fashion houses and couture designers they produce fabrics that are of the highest quality and demand. Fibres are carefully and ethically sourced, and all yarns are dyed in-house allowing for one-of-kind colours. Some of my wraps will feature our non-chemical luxurious finish which makes them blankety soft straight out of the bag and requires no breaking in.
