Dear Wild Slings' Friends,
I know how much you love this amazing pattern, "Freres de sang" has special place in my wild heart too. Now I’m proud that I can present you this pattern in totally new, cotton free version.
Wildness, nature, brotherhood of love - I'm a fan of this wild beauty! Nature has an amazing power within it, it is filled to the brim with ancient, endless energy. I can almost feel these vibrations inside me when I look at this wrap. The color version in which I decided to weave it reminds me of another place where the magic of nature is so powerful that even skeptics lose their heart - beautiful stretches of blooming moors.
Moors were associated with values such as strength, durability and loyalty. Mother of nature in her grace gave this place special favors. On the moors, magic and nature work together and intertwine in every aspect. Legends says that working spells on there conjures rain, so important for the circle of life. Magic happen there all the time, you should check it by yourself. Carrying a twig of this powerful herb with you could protect you from bad energy and violence.
The nature and wildness that inspired me to create this wrap charm me every day. I let myself be carried away by this fascination, I feel that the call of blood calls me, because in wild nature I feel like at home.
„Freres de sang - la bruyère" doesn’t contain cotton. The wrap is decorated with forest animals - a proud wolf and a fearless bear, which are my individual project. The color of the thread is deep burgundy and natural, light color of he linen. Noble linen are interwoven with multi-colored tussah, creating a magical mosaic full of numbs. Bamboo admixture makes the wrap have bactriocidal, anti-static properties, at the same time it absorbs moisture well, which makes it even suitable for every day. Thanks to this special blend, this wrap it is very carrying.
This wrap has as usual unique and noble blend, very soft, ideal for newborns and toddlers as well.
Thanks to its extraordinary composition it will be perfect for a newbie, but even while wearing a few-year-old toddler, you will not feel their weight.
Magic also happens after you wash the wrap. Suddenly it changes its structure, it becomes springy, soft and flexible. Once he has charmed your eyes, he will now steal all other senses. Each fringle in our wraps is handcrafted, giving a spectacular visual and sensory effect and make this wrap a real piece of art.
