Luxurious and wonderfully thick in hand this gorgeous Okinami baby wrap is perfect for toddlers and bigger kids, with just a little wear making it lovely for little ones too.
Woven on an ecru Sea Island cotton warp, this rare cotton yarn brings shimmer, softness and durability to this Boutique fabric. A doubled Shantung Tussah silk weft brings a touch of cush and gorgeous coloured nubs and slubs to this sling, making each inch of this fabric truly unique. The waves in this Okinami design have been woven with a pocket weave which will add additional cush for the shoulders and mould-ability for wrapping.
Thick in hand and with a tactile feel, this fabric has a good balance of grip and glide, with support enough for your little one as they grow.
Handpicked in the British West Indies, Sea Island cotton’s unique long fibers give a wonderful silken sheen and outstanding strength. Certified by The West Indian Sea Island Cotton Association, each wrap will come with a hologram logo, guaranteeing the luxurious qualities of this extremely rare material.
Shantung Tussah silk is a wonderfully strong and supportive yarn, especially when doubled, giving comfy carries for little ones through to toddlerhood and beyond. This yarn also features characteristic coloured flecks which add a gorgeous look these slings.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand washing is recommended, although a silk cycle on a known reliable machine may be used at your own risk. Use a suitable silk detergent.
Hang to dry, avoiding direct sunlight and iron on a cool setting.
