The wrap is woven in Jacquard weave in Dekka Triweave. Lipa has a slightly lower grammage than other Dekka wraps. It is easy to work with, it doesn’t make a big knot and it is slightly springy. Yet it is still toddler-worthy. Lipa is best suitable for real woollen wrap lovers. It contains 23% of quality Virgin wool, that is wool which hasn’t been previously manufactured and comes straight from sheep. It hasn’t been chemically treated – it has only been dyed a teal colour. This type of wool is known for its longevity and resilience. Unlike other Dekka wraps, Lipa can be a bit harsh at first, but it softens up by wrapping. The multicolour yarn is made of combed cotton – the use of plied multicolour yarn allows for chance to create random colour patches that are unique to each wrap, therefore none of the wraps looks the same and every one of them is an original even though it is machine-made.
