Happy European Babywearing Week!
This week the European Babywearing community is celebrating the way that 'Carrying Connects.' In so many ways and on so many levels Carrying does connect us, parents, children, grandparents, families and communities!
Here at Baie we feel woven wraps are fantastic tools being versatile, ergonomical and comfortable for both the carer and carried! Finding the perfect starter wrap for yourself or to enable a friend or relative can sometimes be a challenge so this week we have a special offer of some great starter wraps!
Filigree Evergreen and Aeolus Antique are our durable 'snug' weave, all cotton wraps that come in neutral natural tones. Size 5-8 available in both fabrics and they are only £50 each regardless of size! Perfect to get started on a wonderful babywearing adventure!
Like a sandy bay hugs the sea, our woven wraps and slings are designed for you to carry your baby safely and snugly. We work with our local weavers in Yorkshire, England to create soft and strong natural fabrics perfect for baby-wearing.
As a family of artists it is our vision to create beautiful artworks and stylish patterns on our wraps. We design each fabric so the images, flow and space in each pattern take on a completed form when wrapped around you and your baby.
Each wrap is carefully sewn by Juliette who is a very experienced seamstress and babywearer. We also design and sell accessories, such as hats and cowls in the same material to match your slings to wear whilst you're out showing your baby the world.
