Rich mustard superfine merino wool alternatively woven with shimmering ginger Tencel into an ecru Egyptian cotton warp, Pinnacle Persimmon is a surprising combination of yarns.
With a touchable softness and shine that begs you to snuggle up with it from its first wash, Persimmon is thin and drapey, but feels heavier in hand then expected.
A versatile blend of fibres, Pinnacle Persimmon makes a wonderful addition to any stash. Truly suitable from birth in single layer carries and up to the task of toddlers in precise multilayer carries, this wrap will have you reaching for it time and time again.
Composition: 53% Egyptian Cotton, 34% Superfine Merino, 13% Tencel
Please note that Persimmon wraps have sporadic very small (2-3mm) marks of what appears to be grease. Due to the cosmetic marking that has occurred on these wraps all sales of Pinnacle Persimmon are final. Please do not purchase this wrap during the stocking if you are not sure you want it.
As per usual with weaving there are some minor cosmetic quirks present in these wraps too. We have done our best to separately list any wraps with larger flaws.
Rather than see all this glorious fabric go into land fill we wanted to give you the chance to snuggle your little ones in the incredible Persi at a drastically reduced rate.
All wraps have been laundered in eco friendly, optical brightener free detergent, and are ready to wear.

An Ankalia wrap or ring sling is designed to be an effective parenting tool in your day to day life. Our carriers will allow you to get the basic tasks done while keeping your baby or toddler close. Our carriers will help you with anything from the vacuuming to shopping on a holiday at the beach, with your child right by your side.
Making sure that Ankalia is made within Australia is important to us. Many manufacturers are obsessed with producing their products as cheaply as possible, which generally means sending their wares offshore to be produced. We wanted Ankalia to be Australian designed, woven, and hand finished, as the babywearing world was calling for a premier Australian product - and we need to be satisfied that our fabrics are made in an ethical manner. Our designs are hand sketched by local artisans, and their trade and skill is transformed into fabrics literally designed to embrace your babies.
