Tester Reviews:
Jenice - ring sling This ring sling wowed me. The fabric is the perfect weight and density to be supportive and cushy but still light and soft. Requiring little to no breaking in (maybe a touch for a squish) it is good to go from a wash.
The colours are crisp and fresh and the rings add an elegant touch. The bright side gives a vibrancy and the lighter side is more muted but just as beautiful. As a ring sling Tuscany can go the distance for longer wears in comfort. I imagine as a wrap it would be just as great in a base size as it would be in a shorty size. Don't sleep on this one, you won't be disappointed.
Tamara - size 6 wrap I’m loving my time playing with Mako Tuscany. It’s breaking in nicely and with very minimal effort; it wraps so easily and has a surprising amount of cush for how thin it is. It's beautifully supportive with that nice diagonal stretch you expect from the Mako range.
I usually need something a bit thicker like Mako Laguna, but this has more than enough cush for me to comfortably wear without any digging or feeling pressure on my picky shoulders. This wrap would make an amazing base size wrap.

An Ankalia wrap or ring sling is designed to be an effective parenting tool in your day to day life. Our carriers will allow you to get the basic tasks done while keeping your baby or toddler close. Our carriers will help you with anything from the vacuuming to shopping on a holiday at the beach, with your child right by your side.
Making sure that Ankalia is made within Australia is important to us. Many manufacturers are obsessed with producing their products as cheaply as possible, which generally means sending their wares offshore to be produced. We wanted Ankalia to be Australian designed, woven, and hand finished, as the babywearing world was calling for a premier Australian product - and we need to be satisfied that our fabrics are made in an ethical manner. Our designs are hand sketched by local artisans, and their trade and skill is transformed into fabrics literally designed to embrace your babies.
