“Hope” was the winner of our Breeze design contest in the winter of 2010. It was designed by Wendi Stemmons — a beautiful rainbow of color that is soft and not overpowering, neither pastel nor bright. Because the rainbow follows the fabric from end to end, rather than across the width, you can easily change the way this wrap will look by simply starting the wrap a little off-center or using a different tie. The effect is so stunning that we literally gasped when we first held it in our hands — as beautiful as a double rainbow (all the way across the sky).
Gypsy Mama, LLC was founded in 2004 by Kristi Hayes with the vision of bringing to market a new twist on a traditional carrier. The Wrapsody fabrics and colors set us apart from other carrier companies, offering savvy parents comfortable, versatile, beautiful carriers.
The company has grown tremendously in 5 years. Operations are housed in a magnificent office/warehouse space in Kristi's renovated carriage house -- a family-friendly space equipped with extra desks and a drum set.
