Sun Beam is the next offering in our much loved Meteorological Phenomena series. A Sun Beam, also referred to as a Sun Pillar, takes place when the setting sun at the end of the day reflects its beams off icy clouds high in the earth's atmosphere at varying layers. This phenomena creates pillars of light that reach high into the sky, most often as a single, and more rarely as multiple, shafts of light.
Sun Beam is a luxury quad blend wrap consisting of an exquisite Egyptian cotton, linen, ethically sourced merino wool, and fine silk. Sun Beam features a shimmering ombre of marigold, buttercup, and sunshine knits against a warm white background.
The quad blend wraps are medium weight at 272 g/m2, feeling thin in hand and very supportive. The require a bit of breaking in, but will transform to be incredibly soft and floppy.

My vision for wraps wasn’t simply to introduce another wrap to the market. Woven Wings Baby wraps are woven in the UK in a renowned Mill specialising solely in bespoke high-end quality textiles. Established since 1720 working in collaboration with luxury Fashion houses and couture designers they produce fabrics that are of the highest quality and demand. Fibres are carefully and ethically sourced, and all yarns are dyed in-house allowing for one-of-kind colours. Some of my wraps will feature our non-chemical luxurious finish which makes them blankety soft straight out of the bag and requires no breaking in.
