I know you love this amazing design, Freres de sang also holds a special place in my wild heart. That is why I am proud to present this pattern in a completely new color version, a noble beige with off-white is a combination that looks phenomenal.
Nature has an amazing power in it, it is wildness that lasts for hundreds, thousands of years. Its strength, durability, loyalty - these are timeless values that we should especially protect. Cosmic energy is combined in it on all possible levels. The nature and wildness that inspired me to create this wrap enchant me every day. I let myself be carried away by this fascination, I feel that the call of blood calls me, because it is in the bosom of nature that I feel at home. As a lover of small and large walks, I could not help but notice the fun of the Nuthatch, a small bird that has recently become extremely active. This beautifully colored, cute bird is a graceful object to observe. His stunts on trunks and branches are often reminiscent of the performances of circus acrobats. The Nuthatch is a real gourmand and a small, masked garden robber - watching him chase food or an intruder is never boring. From the beginning of February I could hear his grateful trill, and the loud voice of males calling for females is for me the first sign of the coming spring, so beloved by me.
So I decided to weave a wrap inspired by the colors of this beautiful bird, and name it in his honor. It heralds something good, brings joyful news - gives hope and comfort even on worse days. It brings a smile to your sometimes tired lips and allows you to remember that our life consists of small, little pleasures. Look for this bird in your parks, show it to your kids and enjoy watching its carefree dance.
This amazing version of the Freres de sang wrap, decorated with forest animals - a proud wolf and a fearless bear, which are my individual project. Woven with the addition of tussah in the colors of beige, gray, off-white and blue, it brings to mind the delicate color of the nuthatch’s feathers, creating a mosaic of wonderful convexities. The wrap in a shade of noble beige also contains bamboo fiber, which has antibacterial properties, and additionally provides it with even greater durability and load-bearing capacity. The softness of this wrap is poetry for the skin, it will be a great choice for both newborns and older children, because it is very durable and will surely serve you for a long, long time. Let yourself and your child fall in love with this little work of art.
I weave Wild Slings wraps on my own loom which guarantees them the highest quality and attention to every detail. Every wrap is also steam cleaned before being sent.
