Dear Wild Slings' Friends,
The wrap that I am presenting to you today was created for a special occasion, and the end of this demanding year is the perfect moment to share with you this unique - and the last one this year - project.
With today's wrap, I would like to thank you for the year so far, so I was inspired by two forces which, as I know, have a special place also in your hearts.
Nature and magic is a combination that always gives me a thrill and excitement, legends and ancient beliefs are the source of my dreams, which I later transfer to projects. The beauty of nature is represented here by the proud leaves of ferns, and the fiery orange color of the wrap symbolizes the mythical Phoenix, which with its mysteriousness lured ancient Egyptians. His ability to be reborn became an incredible legend, and his nobility and wisdom became the values he symbolizes to this day. It is the most powerful symbol of immortality and infinity, dedication to his protection ensures safety and peace, because a fire burns in his heart - the source of life. Therefore, let him become your protector, and let his power help you fulfill all your desires and aspirations. Dare to dream and reach for the stars, show your beloved child your strength and the power of love, and with a little phoenix magic - nothing will stop you.
The deep black wrap is decorated with fiery-orange, large fern leaves, reminiscent of magic phoenix feathers. Its reverse is an intense orange with elegant, black leaf motifs. It is cashmere soft, incredibly plastic and carrying. Its noble mixture is perfect for both the first reeling for newborns and carrying older children, it will surely wrap them with tenderness and take them safely to the magical dreamland.
I weave Wild Slings wraps on my own loom which guarantees them the highest quality and attention to every detail. Every wrap is also steam cleaned before being sent.
"Ancient brushwood - Phoenix" is 280 gsm of an extremely soft and strong wrap made of:
-60% organic Pima cotton
-25% soft and delicate Mulesing free merino wool
-15% Cashmere

A photographer, designer, tattoo artist. An animal lover, vegetarian, heavy sound enthusiast, aesthete…
But above all, a father of three wonderful kids, a babywearing activist and a supporter of the attachment parenting.
Everything I love became an inspiration to create the Wild Slings.
