The Doors of Durin are shown on a gorgeous night sky gradation, from midnight blue through jewel purple to deep ocean hues. The intricate door motifs are picked out in a light blue Superwash wool, and the cascading ivy glistens in fine gold linen.

The placement of the Doors is such that the whole of the door will lie across your little ones back when wrapped – meaning the Door sits in the top two thirds of the wrap width, with a cascade of ivy flowing through the bottom third, much of which will be tucked under the seat when is use.

This fabric is strong, supportive and has a gentle cush for the shoulders for comfy carries. Superwash cashwool is an easy-care wool yarn which gives a lovely woolie softness and support, while being lovely and mouldable in hand. Wool’s temperature regulating properties will keep you warm on cooler days but will also keep you cool in warm weather.

The fine version of our wetspun linen weft brings the strength associated with linen, but being a thinner yarn, adds extra softness and malleability. Doors of Durin Celebrimbor is a great all-rounder suitable for carrying toddlers and bigger children.

This fabric is woven with our special hybrid weave technique that allows us to use multiple colours to highlight different areas of the pattern for a unique look. The finer yarns and denser weave structure create a supportive fabric.

This fabric is also woven with BCI organic cotton, by using BCI cotton we ensure that our cotton meets the Better Cotton Initiative’s high standards of environmental, economic and social responsibility. Our BCI cotton is also organic, meaning it is grown with care and without chemicals keeping the land, and farmers, healthy.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand washing is recommended, although a wool cycle on a known reliable machine may be used at your own risk. Use a suitable wool detergent. Lay flat to dry and iron on a cool setting.
