Cloths of Heaven - Aisling.
284 GSM, 55% Irish Linen/45% Cotton.
The inspiration for this design came from W B Yeats, Aedh Wishes for the Cloths of Heaven poem, which is probably my favourite poem.
It is a very 'loose' interpretation of a dream catcher, based on the closing lines of the poem.
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.
The dangling feathers catch the bad dreams, represented by the flowery shape patterns, with the good dreams coming through. When you wrap, hopefully it will bring lots of happy dreams sleepy dust with it.
Aisling is our first colourway and is a teal/black combination. The name Aisling means 'dream or vision'
