All wraps are woven on our own loom and they are steamed clean before being send which is a guarantee of their highest quality.

DidySling Trias Black Forest Cashmere is tailored from a fluffy and warm double weave fabric which is soft and pleasant to the eye and the touch engaging many senses at once. The leaves pattern is the same on both sides of the fabric, but the colour palette of green and camel is reversed which adds to the intrigue of the pattern.

All yarns meet the highest organic standards,dyes are without any harmful substances.

Though more heavy weight, our double weave fabrics seem to be much more lightweight. They are cushy and moldable with a very comfortable shoulder feel. Supportive, with a slightly grippy texture, the slings have the right amount of stretch to allow for comfortable and precise adjusting of the carries you want to tie.

Our second Falling Feathers release of November is this blue high Tussah beauty – meet Speckled Egg, the latest addition to our SS21 collection!
Made from a blend of 50% tussah silk and 50% cotton, it has gorgeous tussah nubs ‘speckled’ across it which are sumptuously soft and not at all itchy. The colour of this sling is quite hard to pick up on camera, as the tone changes slightly depending on the lighting (it’s actually quite magical!) but we think the flat lay photos are the best representation of the ‘true’ colour.
We know how many of you have been asking for 50% tussah slings, and this one has been made in a very small batch so we’re using the classic Sling Studio draw method to ensure that everyone in our timezone diverse international community gets a chance at adding Speckled Egg to their stash! If you're outside of the UK and EU and would prefer to purchase ex VAT, there's a form for you too.

This 100% cotton fabric features an oversized tartan check on a dark, melange navy background with pink and rust orange colours coming through beautifully over check with highlights of natural white yarn. This 'Heather' colourway is inspired by the autumnal colours of the highlands at this time of year, bright pinky purple heather crossed with deep orange bracken often seen blustering in the wind across the low lying hills.
Mouldable with a gentle stretch, this fabric is wonderfully easy to wrap with. It will become buttery soft with just a little wear making it suitable for wrapping small babies. Heather Tartan is perfect for those looking for an easy care all-rounder that will last them through all the seasons.
This eco friendly fabric is woven with recycled cotton that comes from pre consumer and post consumer cotton scraps. These are blended and spun together to create this yarn. The recycled cotton used within the Heather Tartan has 34% less Co2 emissions than regular cotton and 67% less water consumption than regular cotton.
