Vanamo Kide K13-Y woven wrap is designed for the summer and hot climates. Kide weave is airy and porous, and combined with the unique blend of four natural fibers, this baby wrap is truely breathable and light. The wrap combines the great qualities of soft organic cotton, strong and cool linen and luxurious silk. A pinch of SeaCell makes the blend perfect! SeaCell is ecologically produced from natural seaweed and wood cellulose, and the fiber is said to have soothing and protective effects on human skin!

The weave is a beautiful mixture of soft light pearl grey cotton, fine mint green linen and creme silk-SeaCell. The combination of linen & silk-seacell gives this wrap a luxurious shine. The wrap feels cuddly soft after just one wash!

Although the linen-silk-SeaCell Vanamo wrap is cool and airy for the summer, the wrap can be used during all seasons. Kide weave is diagonally elastic which means that the baby wrap gives an optimum support for the baby and feels comfortable for both the wearer and baby. This thin wrap is perfect for small babies but it can be also used for a toddler with multi-layer carries like double hammock.

The word ”kide” means ice chrystals and the Kide pattern was inspired by the traditional hand woven Finnish linen textiles. The Kide weave is a complex mixture of twill and tabby weaves which create the unique stuctured, porous and comfortable weave. Kide pattern is designed by textile designer Katja Hynninen.

Waves, aqua, seafoam, seaweed. That is Ocean. Ocean is one of our new patterns, in a great blend of cotton and seacell. The wrap has a spongy and cool feel, is very comfortable and light on bare skin and has great strength. Multiple shades of blue and green, with the creamy seacell-look. No effort needed to break in, suitable for all. Medium heavy, but not too thick. Easy in care and use, great for all seasons. No need to be afraid of eating and spilling some ice-cream this summer, because this wrap can be washed in the machine on 30 degrees.

Seacell is produced through the natural lyocell process, which is environmental friendly. The seaweed in Seacell™ contains more minerals, vitamins and trace elements than any other natural product and causes a positive stimulation of the entire organism. Seaweed stores and highly compresses the active ingredients of the sea, like amino acids, iodine and mineral salts. These valuable substances offer protection against environmental influences to the skin. They reduce skin damage and premature skin aging caused by free radicals.
