For versatility, take longer size (size 5 or 6). You can do Front Wrap Cross Carry, Double Hammock, and many other carries with fancy finishes.

However, if you're reserving this wrap mainly for that quick ruck back carry, or you mainly wanna do a single layer carry, take a short size. (size 4. Or if you're petite... size 3 is fine for rucks too). Note: this wrap can hold a single layer carry very well.

Solace Wisteria (Woven Wrap) is beautifully handwoven with 100% organic cotton yarns (with thin yarn on warp, thick yarn on weft, lending it a nice stretch.
This is a medium weight wrap at 285gsm. Although strong, grippy, this wrap is cushy and pretty glidey too. Great as a ruck wrap.
It is both baby and toddler worthy. With careful wrapping, you could also wrap a preschooler comfortably too.
