This wrap is called Sine. As all of our Parquet wraps, this wrap is named after an extraordinary woman - Nielsine Nielsen.
Nielsine was the first female academic and the first woman to become a medical doctor in Denmark. She paved the way for other women to enter university As a woman, she could not receive any scholarships and she was not accepted into the student association.
Nielsine wanted to be a gynaecologist, but she counteracted by the first male gynaecologist in the north Frantz Howitz. He believed that a woman's ovaries could not develop simultaneously with her brain. Imagine having him as your gynaecologist
We are so honoured to have a wrap, that we created, named after a woman who created so many possibilities for us 🙌🏼
Sine is woven with 96% organic cotton and 4% kapok.

The blend of Oxalis is 42% wool, 40% organic cotton and 18% tussah silk.
As you might know, some are already fortunate enough to own Oxalis. You can find some of the owners in our chatter group Levate Chit Chat. I'm sure they'll tell you about the wraps qualities

Release of Inge
The Inge wrap is named her after the seismologist Inge Lehmann (1888-1993). Inge discovered that Earth has a solid inner core inside a molten outer core. When her important article P’ was published in 1936, it did not appear to be written by a woman. Consequently, many of the great scientists of the day refused to acknowledge that the genius behind such an important discovery was a woman.
The wrap is spongey and light on the shoulders.

Today we should have attended Dansk Bærefestival. The weather is beautiful here in Copenhagen and it would have been such a delight to show our wonderful hometown in its spring dress.
We really hope the Festival will come back strong next year. The last two days we released two of colourways we had planned to present on the festival and today (Saturday) and tomorrow we will release the last two.
Lyng is a dark green/olive weft on a pale pink warp. It’s composed of 100% organic cotton, just like Mustard, Flint and Mona. The organic cotton is soft and moldable right out of the box and requires no breaking in. With a gsm of 270 these wraps are the perfect companion for both small and big babies.

Mona is a blue/pale-pink wrap made of 100% organic cotton, with a gsm of 270. In our eyes, it is a perfect all-round wrap! It is identical, in weight and weaving, to our previous wraps Mustard and Flint.
The sky blue colour reminds us of clear spring mornings and warm summer days. In combination with the pale-pink warp, it leads ou thoughts to the flower "Forget Me Not".

Disguise is the perfect discrete-luxury wrap. The blue-grey colour makes this wrap just perfect for jeans, the low-contrast makes this wrap a perfect match for the parties of the summer (and the winter). The bourette and tussah silk provide an incredible grip to this wrap, making it stay put!

All wraps must be washed before first use.
Please check your wrap for flaws before you wash it, as we cannot return washed wraps.

Care instructions
Wash at 30 degrees Celsius in machine (wool program, MAX 600 SPIN ) or by hand, using a detergent suitable for wool. Hang dry, no tumble dry. Iron on low heat if necessary.

Flint is the second release in our new 100% organic cotton blend. With a gsm of app. 270 it’s thinner and easier to work with than our combed cotton wraps. Flint is ecru white and melange grey, the shine makes the grey a chameleon and changes from light grey to almost-black, dependent on the light. It is the perfect companion on your wrapping journey and perfect for smaller babies and toddlers alike. The organic cotton is soft and smooth and needs basically no breaking in.

The fabric used for our wraps is woven in England and the wraps are sewn in Denmark, just outside of Copenhagen. All of our wraps are limited edition. The pattern Leaves of Ginkgo is designed by the young Danish textile designer Maria Rokkedahl.

In one hour (16.00 CET), we're releasing Holly. The final of four wraps, that we had planned for this spring. The past three days of releases have been perfect for us - it seems like everyone has been able to get their hands on what they wanted, without anything selling out within a few minutes. so we're very happy about that :)

In times like this, it's important for us to say: don't buy our wraps if you don't need them or don't love them. Instead, go buy something from your favorite shop in your street. There's probably someone there, whose's dream-job depends on it!

Our final release is a perfect newborn- and summer-friendly wrap made of 47% organic cotton, 33% Silk & 20% mercerized cotton. We hope you'll love it!
