This eco friendly fabric is woven with recycled cotton that comes from pre consumer and post consumer cotton scraps. This wonderful yarn has 34% less Co2 emissions than regular cotton, 38% less energy consumption than regular cotton, 60% less chemical consumption than regular cotton and 67% less water consumption than regular cotton.
Shire Fool of a Took is woven on our classic black BCI cotton backdrop, however what makes it truly special is how the Shire design is picked out in a two colour silver and gold gradient. This creates a subtle yet mesmerising colour change effect across the fabric.
The grippy texture of the Shire pattern makes this fabric easy to tie. Perfect for The Lord of the Rings™ fans, this design features the iconic circular doorway, smoke rising from a warm hearth and well-tended gardens teeming with life and activity: all of which tells the whimsical tale of the Hobbit-hole.
Mouldable with a beautiful drape, this fabric is wonderfully easy to wrap with. It will become buttery soft with just a little wear making it suitable for wrapping small babies.
