Meet Ren, the second member of our limited BLACK LABEL line.
Ren is thick, soft and textured. The raw Japanese silk lends it a tweed like feel, as our Sea Island Cotton and organic cotton give it a unique sheen. Ren is best suited for moderate to experienced wearers, due to the thickness and density. With subtle stretch and cushy feel, Ren will give you support and style.
Our Ren is beautiful either “right” or “wrong” side. Our pattern was designed in house, with India Ink and a paint brush. The brush strokes are visible within the textile, lending to a raw, modern design.
Due to thickness and density, Ren wraps slightly short so we advise you to size up for multi-pass carries. Hand wash cold only.
Named after Geert and Kaori's son here at KOKORO TEXTILES, Ren is close to our hearts.

Gem Larimar is very limited release (2 wraps) of gems. Woven on black warp with space dyed watercolor Japanese silk and black cotton weft mixed with golden glitters.
Gorgeous, very special and truly festive wrap.
On the thicker side, but after first wash and some wrap jobs will becomes moldable, grippy and supportive. Suitable for all ages.
Glitter is not itchy, but add texture and gripp to wrapping qualities.

Qiviut semi-custom We offer a few slots for a semi-custom babywrap based on our famous chunky natural undyed qiviut. Qiviut is the inner wool of the muskox. It is valued for its use as a fiber as, unlike sheep's wool, it does not shrink in water at any temperature. Qiviut is among the softest wools in the world and is very suitable to perform in an heirloom babywrap because it get's better with every wash and wear. We offer a limited set of options in both color and blend paired to the natural qiviut (materials included in options: cotton/superwash merino/cashmere/mulberry silk/Japanese silk). This qiviut is woolly and chunky and works best in colder climates. This yarn will provide a wrap to weigh between 300 and 400 gr/m2 and will be very suitable for heavier babies and toddlers. We have different color warps available to create the wrap of your dreams. The nubby slubby beautiful seagreen Japanese mulberry silk from Sakura paired with gold on royal blue. Again this mesmerizing effect, making this one of my personal favourites every. The blue fringes will give a lovely boho swing to any outfit. Love pairing this with jeans. Fluid, shiny and a terrific drape. Suitable for all.
