Dear Wild Slings' Friends,
My new pattern is inspired by the Slavic and Siberian culture. It is an immensely rich culture, abundant in its own legends, beliefs and mythism in a completely new, different form. It fascinated me so much that I decided to design my newest wrap from the no cotton collection, inspired by their magical way, for beautiful and rich dreams. In the Slavic and Siberian culture, the shaman was an extremely strong person, the most important spiritual guide. As an intermediary between the spirit world and mother nature, he provided his tribes with tools to keep evil spirits away from people. One of them were the unique Dream Catchers. Most of them are real pieces of art and spiritual tools that provide pleasant dreams to those sleeping right next to them. During sleep, all sensations of the spirit world must pass through the dreamcatcher's web. Only good dreams can get through and flow to the dreamer, while nightmares get trapped in the web and are destroyed by the first rays of morning light.
The action of the catcher is subject to no laws other than magic and ancient beliefs: he is endowed with a magical power that cannot be explained - you must accept it only with faith. The dream catcher is charged with a certain magical energy which, like an amulet, protects and provides a beautiful and restful sleep for centuries.
„Murmure du vent – l’oleil de buffle " doesn’t contain cotton. My wraps in this collection are made of amazing blends, incomparable to any other. The base background of this wrap is a beautiful, deep brown, and it is decorated with bright, triangular dream catchers, from which - just like in the originals, the feathers hang freely, ensuring that only good dreams will come to your child.
Wrap is interwoven with beautiful tussah, creating a magical mosaic full of blue, orange and beige numbs. Bamboo admixture makes the wrap have bactriocidal, anti-static, anti-fungal properties, at the same time it absorbs moisture well, which makes it even suitable for every day. Thanks to this special blend, this wrap it is extrelmy carrying. Each fringle in our wraps is handcrafted, giving a spectacular visual and sensory effect.
This wrap has as usual unique and noble blend, very soft, ideal for newborns and toddlers as well.
Thanks to its extraordinary composition it will be perfect for a newbie, but even while wearing a few-year-old toddler, you will not feel their weight. Magic also happens after you wash the wrap. Suddenly it changes its structure, it becomes springy, soft and flexible. Once he has charmed your eyes, he will now steal all other senses.
I weave Wild Slings wraps on my own loom which guarantees them the highest quality and attention to every detail. Every wrap is also steam cleaned before being sent.
