A stunning French Baroque pattern appears on a luxurious blend of Superwash Cashwool and Bourette silk. This rarely woven design’s name is inspired by the palace of Versailles which was executed in the French Baroque style, characterised by its large curved forms, twisted columns, high domes, and complicated shapes. Featured on a deep blue background of Superwash Cashwool, the pattern is picked out in a melange vintage indigo shade of Bourette silk . The ecru and indigo nubs and slubs of this silk gives a slight texture to the weft. The overall appearance of this sumptuous fabric is one of timeless elegance.

This is a unique item that is woven on a Superwash Cashwool warp. Cashwool is a specially spun merino wool that is especially smooth and soft to the touch without any woolly prickle and offers cush and a lovely drape. The Bourette silk adds to the cush and lends softness and strength to the blend. The wrap will make a great all-rounder that is both soft and supportive, perfect for carrying your little one close to you.

This item is part of the Loch Cashwool preorder and the yarns and pattern were carefully selected by the Oscha Slings Official Preorder group.

This dramatic version of our Victoriana design is the epitome of elegance: blue graphite bourette silk with silvery grey slubs picks out the intricate details on a deep plum BCI cotton backdrop. The nubs and slubs are characteristic of a Bourette silk yarn, giving a unique look to each piece of fabric. In addition to its stunning appearance, this fabric also boasts unparalleled babywearing qualities.

The hypnotic and iridescent colours of this fabric are created using a unique shot weaving technique. Crafted with a Hawaiian Blue Mercerised Egyptian Mako cotton warp and an alternating weft of magenta Tencel and dark teal Mako cotton it produces a distinctly beautiful effect. The rolling waves dance across the fabric as the colour appears ever changing, hinting at purple in certain lights with sparkles of lighter teal.

The Mako cotton and Tencel blend gives a balance of comfort and durability. Mako cotton is a long-staple cotton yarn which is uniquely treated to bring out an intense colour. Tencel is moisture-wicking, breathable and smooth. The blend creates a very smooth and mouldable fabric, that is thin in hand yet supportive. It will break in quickly, becoming softer with each use making it a great all-rounder for all ages. It has a little more glide than grip so multi-layer carries are a good option for bigger toddlers.

The thin and airy nature of the fabric will keep your baby cool and comfortable even during warmer days and the stunning colours will brighten even the dullest day.

Tencel is a yarn made from wood pulp using a closed loop system, softer and stronger than most cottons it also uses much less water and land making it a great eco-friendly alternative.

Dear Oscha Community,

I’m delighted to present our Feathers/Polish Sunset semi-custom preorder designs to you.

Based on the Feathered Spectrum inspiration, the colours run from the soft peachy tones of the top half, smoothly transitioning into the vibrant purple middle and deep turquoise bottom half, creating a stunning backdrop for the scenery patterns like Misty Mountains or Okinami.

The colour gradient idea was around for two years and finally resulted in this amazing collection, which will be complemented by Oscha’s own releases on this grad.

The collection features 6 patterns, most named after the mythical birds, including two LOTR ones (Misty Mountains and Doors of Durin) and very limited Okinami release. I also like calling this project the Carriers preorder as many types were ordered, alongside the wraps and accessories. There are five mostly easy care yarn blends.

In this beautiful, sunny summer, I’m pleased to present you another wrap from „Prairie de printemps” no cotton collection. This design is as mysterious as a dream and its color is as warm as the sun's rays on your skin. The inspiration and patron of this wrap was the most positive of all flowers - the proud and joyful sunflower. I cultivate this feeling of happiness when I pass sunflower fields, which with their intense colors can inspire the will to live. So I combined a unique mustard with a light color to create the perfect combination of warmth and goodness. All this is complemented by a wrap pattern. The wrap is decorated with a motif that perfectly combines nature and magic. All the prosperity of Mother Nature - the moon, stars, plants and insects, all connected by an invisible magic thread like in a dream.
Blend of “Insomnia – le tournesol" is a perfect wrap for summer, made of extremely soft and distinctive, noble linen. Today we present to you - Waffle Snowstorm!
An important feature of the waffle weave wrap is its optimal hygroscopicity. Slings woven in this weave allow moisture to be absorbed (i.e. warmer periods, when we are exposed to increased sweating) much faster and to be carried away quickly through evaporation thanks to the spatial texture of the waffle weave!
An additional advantage of wafers is that thanks to the characteristic structure of the weave, it gives a lot of grip. The sling is very spongy and is sure to make large and comfortable shoulder pads!
The color falls into a gray, beige.

Woven with BCI organic cotton and luxurious Bourette silk, this gorgeous baby wrap is soft and very mouldable in hand making it easy to use for a variety of different carries. Grey and white flecks speckle across the length, a wonderful characteristic of Bourette silk, giving a lovely unique look to each piece.

This blend creates a strong and supportive fabric with a wonderful cush for the shoulders - all for an enjoyable wrapping experience. A great-all rounder, Oakenshield Dwarf-King is great for carrying toddlers and heavy children but will also be suitable for wrapping newborn babies. Less experienced wrappers will find it easy to work with.



Our Art Deco style Oakenshield pattern, inspired by the Dwarves in The Hobbit™ & The Lord of the Rings™, is picked out in a grey yarn on a striking mirrored gradation from deep burgundy through carmine red to orange, then back to burgundy.

Dear Wild Slings' Friends,
This pattern is a must-have and an important part of my new no cotton wrap collection. Its name is "Les secrets de l'océan" so the dignified whale fits perfectly into the whole concept. The name of this wrap is a storm in the ocean, and for sure you know how soothing the smell of air after the storm is, which cleans us of all worries.
This project is a metaphor for freedom, an invaluable value for me, which invariably inspires, moves and drives me to act. With my new wrap, I wanted to capture the essence of nature's power along with the power of the elements. A majestic whale leaping out of the foaming sea, which becomes an uncontrolled element. The triangle the whale is heading to is a mystical transition between reality and dreams, symbiosis with the universe, and a balance between the tranquility of the night sky and the power of a stormy ocean. The beautiful colors of the wrap fully reflect the moment I wanted to capture. Deep turquoise, beautiful purple and white woven on a black warp look perfect as if they were always to be combined with each other. Hand-woven, black fringes add extra elegance to the whole design.
I wove this wrap from incredibly noble yarns. I decided to use this original blend with soft noble linen, organic eucalyptus wood fiber and bamboo. Thanks to that the fabric is soft and smooth and very velvety to the touch. Eucalyptus has breathable properties, and the fibers regulate temperature and absorb moisture, so the wrap will be great also on hot days. The material is durable, does not shrink or stretch. What is also very important it is especially recommended for people with sensitive skin and allergy sufferers, so it will be perfect from the first days of a newborn's life. It is perfect both for the first reeling of a newborn and for carrying older children - it is load-bearing and roomy.
I weave Wild Slings wraps on my own loom which guarantees them the highest quality and attention to every detail. Every wrap is also steam cleaned before being sent.

This beautiful fabric is woven on a striking organic cotton dark jewel grad which runs from midnight blue through burgundy and dark green to black. The bold, Art Deco style Oakenshield pattern, inspired by The Lord of the Rings, is picked out in dark grey Bourette silk. Characteristic nubs and slubs speckle this yarn to give a lovely unique look to each piece of fabric.

This luxurious blend makes a strong and supportive fabric with a beautiful drape. Soft and mouldable, Oakenshield Aulë is suitable for beginners as it is easy to wrap with. It is a great all-rounder suitable for use with small babies and also heavier children when using multi-layer carries. The lovely texture of this breathable fabric gives it a good balance of grip and glide making it easy to tie.

This fabric is also woven with BCI cotton. By using BCI cotton we ensure that our cotton meets the Better Cotton Initiative’s high standards of environmental, economic and social responsibility. Our BCI cotton is also organic, meaning it is grown with care and without chemicals keeping the land, and farmers, healthy.
